Description

Unjha Bruhat Kasturi Bharav Ras is an Ayurvedic medicine in tablet form. It is used in the treatment of chronic fever. This medicine contains heavy metal ingredients, hence should only be taken under strict medical supervision. This medicine is most commonly used in north Indian Ayurvedic practice.

Ingredients:

10 g fine powder of each of
Visha Aconitum ferox
Tankana Bhasma Borax
Jatipatra Nutmeg (leaf) Myristica fragrans
Jatiphala Nutmeg (fruit) Myristica fragrans
Maricha Black pepper Piper nigrum
Pippali Long pepper fruit Piper longum
Kasturi Musk

How long to use: It can be used upto 1 month based on doctors prescription.

Dosage: 250 500 mg once or twice a day, before or after food or as directed by Ayurvedic doctor. It is traditionally administered along with decoction of Giloya (Indian tinospora)
