Ingredients:

Each Capsule of 500 mg Contains:

6 capsules of 500 mg Arshkalp Capsules per bottle.

Dosage: Number of Doses: Capsules to be taken before breakfast with milk for 3 consecutive days.

Nothing to be taken except:

• Chapati with Mung Dal (Without adding any salt or condiments)
• Wheat Dalia without any sugar or salt.
• Milk without sugar.
• Plain water.

NOTE:

People who remain chronically constipated should regularly take 2 teaspoons full of Trifla Powder with warm water at bedtime to avoid constipation. Once the piles are relieved, it is advisable to consume one more pack of Arshkalp one week later to avoid recurrence.
